A real-life superhero, Paige is a force to be reckoned with. She exceeds in every role she sets her mind to and inspires those around her to do the same. She has not only progressed through the ranks from server to Restaurant Manager, but she has also crossed over into other departments first as a host and then as Reservations Manager, giving her a well-rounded and operationally lead view of the business. Paige is hopeful that this journey of progression and development continues, we are 110% sure of it.

One of our longest serving team members within ECC, Nicks passion towards our brands and teams is unrivalled, earning him the position as our Senior General Manager in 2019. He is relentless when it comes to getting the best out of his team and is working closely with our People Department in creating the learning & development programme for the management population, current and future. Nick is passionate about expanding his career within the openings or training team, and luckily for us, nothing will stop him once he has sets his heart on it.

Victors Hale – Head Chef

Rafa came on board at our original Neighbourhood site in Manchester as the Head Chef to settle a disruptive team crying out for stabilising leadership, and they couldn’t have gotten better. His retention was the best that department had ever been under his management, and the relationships he built with every team member in that site, ensured that service and communication was always as efficient and effective as possible. He was asked to go to our Victors Hales kitchen in 2019, where he still resides and is passionately cooking up a storm for his guests.
The great Dalai Lama once defined ‘Force For Good’ as ‘action inspired by a genuine concern for others’.
