Duty Manager Position in Hale

Salary: £32,000 to £34,000 per Annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manage staff on duty
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Create staff schedules and assign duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the Catering & Hospitality industry
